Service is available to newly formulate specific performance chemicals for special applications.  Typically we are aproached by an end user or distributor who has control problems with corroision, bacteria, or scale.  Our service is usually used after the current water treatment supplier has failed to address these issues with their list of off-the-shelf chemicals.

Through careful observation of the total system process and working in conjunction with our intermediate formulations group (ChemDraftTM) we will formulate the newest, and possibly novel, chemical solution for the customer.  For these services we charge a commissioning fee for product development and an agreed upon price for delivery of the product as the customer needs it.  We offer full follow-up services for our product support using the newest available performance monitoring methods.

While we normally operate in the HVAC Water Treatment field we have formulated custom blends in the following fields and can provide this service to additional fields:
